I' m wanting to include an external web page on my site so that it' s always the most current version. I know i can redirect the whole page automatically, but i' d prefer to have the page appear below my existing header. I' ve experimented with using frames and trying to redirect the lower frame, but with no success. Any suggestions? All i get from FP is that i can' t include a page that is not on the current web.

Indeed, you can' t include an external page -- ie, a page that is not in your web. You have a few options, like using a frame set for that page; your headers should stay on the top.

Or you can include the page in an inline frame.

Or you can link to the page, opening it in a new window.

I think those are really your only options :(
