I' ve made changes to a web page which contains a FrontPage Photo Gallery. I' ve made text changes to the page itself, and some text changes in the " description" area within the gallery. When I publish I get a " server error" message. I visit the page and the changes to the text appear; but no changes take place in the description area. Have you recalculated you web & checked your server extensions? Only time I had problem with photo gallery this worked. Erin, what does recalcutate my web mea? Ironically, I was just reading something about this yesterday and was meaning to ask, though it specifically spoke about recalculating hyperlinks. How do I check server extensions? Isn' t that something the host does? And why would part of a page update, but not the other? Bobbie, it simply states there is a " Server Error." Everything was fine and dandy until I added a few words in one of the thumbnail description fields. You can ask them to check it. And why would part of a page update, but not the other? - no clue. The Photo Gallery get quirky at times. I know it worked for me.
