Terms of Use?? - 12/10/2002 10:17:22
I am setting up a program where a group of users will be able to set up pages on my server. Is there anywhere that I could look at someone else' s terms of use policy to find out what all I need to include. I know basically what I want to include but I don' t know how to set it up.

Well, first of all, if you' re buying space from a host and reselling and/or sharing it, your terms of use need to mirror theirs, plus whatever else you want to add. So, start there. This applies for shared hosting as well as dedicated hosting packages.
If its your own box in your own networks ops space, check your upstream providers TOS.
Other than that, just look at some other hosts. Here' s a link to the TOS of the company that hosts this site:
