Genny,
You need to take note of Gil' s last post. If you have changed the defaults (to drive D) you most probably will have problems. MS doesn' t play well when you change defaults, sometimes it doesn' t play at all. If that is what you have done you will need to correct that problem before you can be sure if you have any other problems.
