Having problems publishing my website - 4/20/2001 20:03:00
Hi. I am new to Frontpage2000 & have a very basic knowledge of web design. When I attempt to publish my web, it works with ftp, but not http. I keep getting the message "This operation requires author permission for www.mydomain.com:80 My user name remains in the box but my password keeps being deleted. I realise this field is case sensitive & pay strict attention when typing it in. I have a form in wy website which will only work with http. My WPP says its nothing at his end & my ISP says its nothing at their end. Is it something I'm doing wrong or are they taking advantage of a newcomer. You may have to tick the "Save PW" box and untick the "Anonymous" box in your FTP program.
