check the ip stack in network properties. sounds like your not running DHCP but have the IP manually configured instead.

If you are trying to set your adapter to " automatically obtain an IP address" (DHCP), and the full range (scope) of DHCP addresses is used up, the DHCP server will attempt to issue the next available address to the first request that was made (another PC?). One fix might be to stop and then re-start the DHCP service (hopefully you' re not an ISP!). You can do that in the Management Console. If you are going to do this, you might consider expanding the scope of IP addresses beforehand and then you' ll only have to stop the service once.

Thanks for reply guys, so you think I need to reboot DHCP server? because an other pc went out of the connection too so I guess I have to re-boot the server to see, thanks again.

This error will happen when the DHCP server is down or unreachable from the client., If there is no DHCP server available on startup, the adapters get a autoconfigure IP address of I think 169.x.x.x. You can' t release that address, but if there is a DHCP server back on line you can renew the adapter.

if you have to reboot the dhcp server to get it working again then something else is wrong. you need to have a look in the event log.
