Reccomend which date format to use - 1/13/2003 22:52:33
Hello Everyone,
I would like to get some input on which date format to use. I have created some form pages that use the format MM/DD/YYYY to submit to an access database. Now when creating a Schedule screen to display this data I have used asp date scripts <%=Date%> <%=dateadd(" d" ,+1, date() ) %> and so on, but they produce dates sometimes as M/D/YYYY.
The second thing I noticed when running DRW reports and selecting sort by the date field the order is wrong it displays year 2003 before year 2002 but the month and date fields are in order. Anyways back to my orginal question which format is reccomended for the type of web I am creating. Oh this would be for US web site only.
