When you go into PAGE PROPERTIES and you set the MARGINS to right and left zero ... It doesn' t work. It dumps this >> leftmargin=" 0" <<< into the HTML but you have to have to go into the HTML and set >>> rightmargin=" 0" This is important if you want something to butt up against the top of the page, and also stretch all the way across the page. Hope this helps you in your work.
