You may have to Embed it. Where did the file come from? Is it a Flash or Swish file?

The below site has a nice FrontPage add-in for adding .swf files. Free download called Flasher, about half way down the page. http://www.jimcoaddins.com/com.aspx Nancy

the way i' ve done it in FP...worked for me the few times i' ve done it. (FP2002) Import the file into your web... Click on Insert>Web Component>Advanced Options and choose Plug-In hit the browse button, and select the file you imported into the web, pop in a message stating that they will need the Flash Player to view this, set the height and width of the file and blamo.
