Data base form formatting - 4/21/2003 11:21:39
Hi all,

Would someone please point me in the right direction? Using FP2K and template made web sites I use forms to collect info going to an Access data base ( set up automatically by FP and the form).

When people fill in the text box and press return for a new paragraph.... the new paragraph never shows up when I use the database results wizard. Someone told me that I should go to form field properties and ....

from that window, click on the Style Button
from that window, click on the Format Button
from that menu, click on Paragraph

but the problem is that the " STYLE" button is grayed out. I have been fiddling relentlessly to find out how to switch it back on but no luck.

Any ideas? Is it a non option?

Thanks so much!

Hey--glad it works!

OutFront has bailed me out so often.

Been using that memo format code for a while--the only limitation seems to be spacing.

If more a bunch of spaces are added it reduces them down to one space, kinda prevents indenting. (So I use . . . . --space period space period.)

Anybody have a better solution!
