I've been getting requests to open a chatroom and message board on our site. Are there any hosts you would recommend? Here are some features we'd like:

1) PASSWORD PROTECTED - Preferably with passwords that are unique to the MB/chatroom & different for each user (as opposed to universal registration).

2) Unique IDs - Posting IDs that don't give email addresses out and that *stick* to a user (same user must use same ID to post).

3) Web-Based Admin Interface - In case action needs to be taken while at work, or traveling.

4) The ability to ban abusive users.

Are there any chat/MB hosts out there that offer these things? I checked out EZ Board, and they're kind of okay, but I'd like to know what else is out there.
