WinePress.US Posts: 7 Joined: 4/22/2003 Status: offline	How can I set the size of the web site? - 4/22/2003 10:55:04 I have built a couple of web sites, but with this one, I am having troubles setting the size limiatations. The site fits fine on my laptop screen, but on my home PC, you can hardly see half of the page without scrolling. Is there a setting I can make on the web site to make it size A x size B? see http://www.winepress.us for an example and let me know what you think. thanks _____________________________ Just makin home made wine and web sites.

Many of your visitors with have a screen setting of 800 pixels wide. Any table wider than 750 pixels runs the risk of needing to scroll right to see (keep in mind task bars and other things take up monitor display space). I' d set the table width to 100%. You can highlight and Copy that line of code, then go to Edit > Replace and make the change... Select Find on All Pages, Find in HTML and it will edit all of your pages for you at once... Setting a width of 100% will cause the table to expand to fill the visitors browser window... that could be anywhere from 600px to 1550px... though about 740 is considered by many to be " the standard" _____________________________ In order to remove a wall you must first remove the Windows® (in reply to WinePress.US)
