The first form is a quick search form which has one text box field. User will be requested to enter key word. The second form is a an advanced form which will enable users perform a detailed Database search. This form is made up four drop down fields. My question is how can I get these forms to search a specific Database table) Regards Andrew

The search form has text box fields which is not what I am looking for in my advanced search form. My objective is to enable users query the Database by selecting options provided in drop down form fields. How can incorporate drop down fields instead of the text boxes? 2. In two of the drop down fields I would like to include an " All" option. How can I achieve this? I appreciate your assistance. Kind regards Andrew (in reply to ACharles)

If need be (depending how long they are!), you can create them using the DRW, which can be resource intensive. However, run a query once, copy the source code will give you the source for a complete listbox. To get an " all" function, you would add a selection to the listbox with the wildcard (%) as the value.
