Would you buy from us Why and why not. Can I be honest? As a first time visitor to your site, no I wouldn' t. Why? Because you don' t carry cartridges for my printer model, the Canon s900, which has been on the market for about a year and I needed the cartridges yesterday...if you know what I mean. What would make me buy cartridges from you, had they been available, is the nice discount you' re offering. As to your website, I would offer these suggestions: General copy throughout your site is centered. In my opinion, centering copy for titles and captions works fine, but not for the main body of text. It is particularly distracting on your " About us" page. On a few pages where you have bulleted lists, some lines are double spaced, others are single spaced. I' d make them consistent. The Thermal Fax Cartridges page appears to be wider than all the others Because you have, out of necessity, a lot of links on many pages, consider boldfacing the sidebar links so they stand out better. However, if you do, I' d change them to eight point verdana which is an easy to read font at that size. I' d like to see spaces between each sidebar link, though I understand you probably want them to all to appear in the browser window without scrolling. Finally, I find the font size of some of the titles a bit too large. gail

You know what would be GREAT for your website? To have a little text box where people can enter in the model number of their printer and it would come up with the appropriate ink cartridge. If you had this, I think sales would jump dramatically. It would eliminate sooo many steps.

Also, people don' t like " New" newsletters. If you want people to sign up on mass reword it - people sign up for established newsletters that have real value (just a thought). Everything else I like - do you ship international?
