font viewer/previewer - 5/8/2003 7:55:29
I' m new to Photoshop and find it difficult to work with my fonts ( I have a bunch) because I can' t preview what the font looks like prior to selecting it. Then I have to undo it if I don' t like that font.
How do you guys select a font from within your project without having to actually select it. Is that clear.
My thought was to make a book of my fonts, but don' t want to have to keep updating it. Is there an easier way - especially while working in PS?

There are lots of font viewer programs out there. I use one called AMP font viewer that you can leave running in the background, it shows examples of all fonts on your system. http://www.wonder-hosting.com/~ampsoft/
Paintshop Pro has a font preview feature built into it, I would have thought Photoshop would have a similar feature.
