oriscus Posts: 47 Joined: 2/5/2002 From: Status: offline	Access database file won' t update - 5/8/2003 16:54:15 I' ve just upgraded to FP2002 and it doesn' t seem to recognize when I' ve made updates to my Access database. This is a static database that I make changes to locally in Access and then publish to the server. FP2000 knew when I made changes and it uploaded the revised file. FP2002' s file manager doesn' t show the current Modified Date. I tried hitting F5 to refresh, but that didn' t make a difference. Check it in FP2002 by... Navigating to the .mdb file in file manager then right click on it, Properties. Then the Workgroup tab, There is a checkbox for Do Not Publish. just an idea....![:j] good luck (in reply to oriscus)

When I look at the Modified Date in Folders View or reports, it still shows the date I installed FP 2002 (or whenever the file had been changed before that). When I go to Windows Explorer the Modified Date shows the correct date. I tried hitting F5 to update the files in FP, but it didn' t make any difference. FP isn' t reading the modified dates on my databases like it did with FP2000 (I have several of them).
