Nope - The reason you see them is the path is to your hard drive: file:///C:/My%20Documents/My%20Webs/Gullah%20Charleston/new_pa2.jpg

take the spaces out of your htm' s file name. Trust me, it can cause a whole helluva lotta problems in the long run :).
