Banner Ad manager Question - 6/3/2003 16:40:26
When I' m using the Banner Ad to display multiple pictures,

1. Can I display more than 9 images? The default on this program seems to be 9 images.

2. How can I add titles/descriptions to each image?

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi Roadking,
First off you might be better to just find another program to use. The last I heard the banner ad manager did not work too well in most versions of netscape, but I am going back a ways for that info.

I have a slide show with the banner ad manager on one of my sites which is here http://www.hydroseedingexperts.com/Slide_Show.htm I think I am doing exactly what you are talking about. I does work ok.

I was just going to add a slide show to another today and decided to use a different program. If you want to see a selection of other programs here is a site you can check out. http://www.cgi-resources.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Image_Display/

They have some good ones that are pretty simple and won' t have a 9 picture limit.

As far as adding the text there are a few slide show programs that let you do that but most don' t. The easiest thing is just to add the text to the actural photo with your photo editing program. You might even find your scanner program will let you do it. Good luck
