If you' re using background colors and borders on the anchor element (links) then no, not a good idea. (to make rectangular buttons that change color on hover using just CSS) It works, but browser support is weak. Last time I tried it IE was the only one that looked half way decent... Other browsers only surround your text with the " button" - they don' t always create uniform sized buttons... On the other hand, you can use CSS to define styles for button graphics, etc... _____________________________ If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress? (in reply to zehra)
