This is quite a good example of switching styles for a completely different design.

www.csszengarden.com

Try a different ' design' from the menu selection on the right. Quite incredible.

nice.

I wrote something similar using ASP for a CSS style selector... not nearly as nice as that one tho... :)

See mine here... I originally built this to offer a " black and white" option for a client who was color blind...

I haven' t played with it in a while... forgot it was there!

<edit>
I' m pretty sure it has some issues with validation at this point :)

I don' t think the cool thing about this is the stylesheet switcher - it is the power of what the stylesheets can do with exactly the same HTML code.

Shirley or Swirl, I forget which of them, posted this link a while back, its amazing and downloading the stylesheets and the page was one of the most instructive things I have ever done.

I am in a very haphazard way trying to alter the styelsheet to make my own version, but the standard there is scarily high!

They point out the validation issue - the point of the site is to show how powerful stylesheets can be. there is a lot of extraneous code there too, but I think the point they set out to make is very well made.

It was me. I love that site
I too have downloaded a few to play with.
Unfortunately I have been too busy to spend much time on it

I did a search first, but couldnt find the URL here. I thought someone may have mentioned it ;-)
It is impressive when you realise the html file doesnt change.
If you did the same thing and it had to be completely cross browser, and remain visually the same, there could be issues. But thats not the point :)
