Paste it into your image editing software (Ctrl+V) and save it as a file format that you can upload (.gif or .jpg less than 50 kB).

Youll need to paste it into a graphics program and " save as"
Normally youll save it as a jpg or a gif.

You can also reduce the resolution of the image so that the size is easier to upload / download.
If there is a particular part of the image that is needed, then just cut and paste that part of the image, dont upload the whole thing :)
