When pasting in text from Word or other applications, you may notice that font becomes embedded in a ton of extraneous code, including span tags, and that is appears as MsoNormal in your toolbar."Mso" means Microsoft Office; your MS applications are trying to be helpful by importing formatting into FrontPage. In fact, this isn't helpful at all, as yu end up with a slew of useless code and a longer download time.
To avoid this, copy the text you want in Word (or PowerPoint), right-click in FrontPage where you want to insert the text, and choose Paste Special.
Select "Normal paragraphs with line breaks" and your text will come in clean.
