Anyone else tried this new "Live operator" programme? I have a client interested in offering live online support to his customers and I found and downloaded the free version of groopz last week and put it on my site. The idea was just to show him how it worked and to play around with it a bit my self. It was easy to set up etc and smooth and simple in operation. To my total amazement I was contacted by someone I have never met the very first day I had it on the site and I am meeting him on Monday to talk about doing a site for him! It works! Site is www.groopz.com - Thought someone else might be interested! Its at my site now and if anyone wants to drop by a try it out I have it operational for the next couple of hours. Katherine

I have checked it out as well, it's very cool. The proactivity (ability to contact users on your site) is very exciting. They have a wizard that makes setting up the site a snap. We are considering upgrading to the full version. They've been rated 5 stars/Editors choice by ZDNET. JKR

My company recently tried out the limited version of Groopz as well. The program allows us to answer quesions and provide good customer service. It has definetly helped us to close more sales.

Human Click is another program similar to GroupZ. I think we will see more and more of these types of utilities popping up as customer service is more important than ever.------------------
