You know when FP asks you if you really want to go into normal view - because the code may be changed?

Well,quite often (when I'm feeling brave)I do it anyway as I find it doesn't normally change it really.

When I'm not feeling so brave, first I select edit> select all> copy the code in the page in HTML view and paste it into Notepad. Then,if I do mess up I can paste it back again.

Not sure if that's a good tip, but I do it anyway.
