Using FP to manage links! - 8/31/2000 20:17:00
Hi there.

I'm Using HomeSite 4.5 to write the html code, because of the Tag editors it has, better than FrontPage. But Instead of using the "projects" in HomeSite, I make it as a "Web" in FrontPage, because that way, I can move files and FrontPage will change the links within the html files. I can also change the names of the files, and FrontPage will change the html as well.

Does anyone here work that way? did you find another tool that does this "updating links" as Frontpage does?

Great days to you all
Baruch

I use Homesite for all my detail HTML, it is by far the best editor around. I agree FP's site management is good, I build a lot of sites by using HS for the HTML and dropping the files into FP, then "publishing" from within FP. I also move "pages" in and out of Dreamweaver & Drumbeat...
