I had a system crash...upon reformatting entire HD, I now receive this error message when trying to access my websight.
"An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors-if authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this servers site. Webmasters-please see the servers system log for more details."
I am the webmaster and the sys log is blank due to no access.

Please help...I never encountered this problem prior to my crash and I do maintain 2 websites.

OH...I have disabled and enabled extensions three times.

I went to the Fp98sadm folder and I received the following error...
A required .DLL file, FP30WEL.DLL was not found.

I uninstalled FP2K and reinstalled using a completely different program disc. My friend uses it also I tried his disc and get same problems....Help ????

Are the server extensions installed on your machine?
Also, can you open your hosted sites "live" ?

Server extensions are installed and not sure how to open site "live".
I did call Lycos and it seems the problem is on their end, am awaiting an email with the "fix" according to techs on their side.
But how does one open "live" as I am a rookie with FP...can use it but am learning it is a prety good proggy for my needs.
