I can't figure out what I did. Did I do something stupid? (would not be the first or the last time). Why is this happening?

I am working a web for a friend. Used a CSS template they bought. It has a menu.htm file. When I drag it to the navigation bar it makes just a page with the titles as hyperlinks and nothing else. If I delete it, the second line of navigation does not appear to work. web is not finished yet but this is driving me crazy.

I took a peak at menu.hm. It is a standard nav bot using the CSS class of menu. I then looked at your external CSS file and it just had link definitions and it had a td declaration, ul declaration but no "menu" class defined. Most were just to declare the font size.
