Hi,

There's be a couple of changes I'd make. Your list of contacts on the home page - I thought it was a menu (I know it says contact but I missed that) - I'd make a separate contact page.

Your hover buttons could and probably will cause problems for a lot of viewers due to their instability - you'd be better off changing them for regular links or do a search on "The Might Mouseover Machine" for a more stable javascript alternative.

I'm not too fond of table borders - maybe it's a personal thing but they look a bit clumsy to me. I think a background colour for the tables looks smarter and with cellspacing/padding set you can get a nice effect.

Finally your menu would be easier found if it was at the top or maybe replacing your contact menu.

Best of luck with the site - looks like you're going get some great content up for interested parties.

Cheers
Andy

Hi! Sorry it took so long to get back with you.

Andy made some very good points. I would delegate that contact menu to the staff/faculty page and/or contact page.

The link for the MMM is here: http://www.builder.com/Programming/Kahn/012898/ I use it a lot. Let us know if you need help with it.

I would play up the school logo more... make it bigger.

Also, I'd like to see a lot more text in your site. Tell more about the school, why someone would want to send their child there, etc. On the staff page I was expecting to see some information about the staff members, educational background, subjects they teach, how long they've been at the school, etc.

It would be nice if you could show some pictures of students in class or involved in activities. You should not list names, especially last names.

I would probably put the off-site links in a less prominent place, too, further into the site. Let them open in a new window so you don't lose your site viewers.

You have a fine start.

Best wishes,
Sandy
