RE: New Site - Need Input - 3/2/2001 20:03:00
Hi!Over all...nice, clean, simple look. I would put the "skip intro/entrance" link at the top of the Intro page. It's not unusual for people to leave a site if they think they will have to sit through a Flash/Swish presentation. My first question on entering your site was...Where are you? Are you in my neighborhood or in some other country? Your address, phone number, e-mail address, etc., should be found on your home page. It would be good to have some kind of contact information on each page...an e-mail address or phone number, at least. You might consider doing something with your logo and/or header to add a little more visual interest. The tiny text in the nav bar is hard to read. You might consider a san-serif font. (?) The text would look more professional if it was left aligned or maybe justified (though justified doesn't always work well online). It would also help appearances to add a little cell padding so your text doesn't hit the edge of the cell. On the Web Design page, look at the English problems in the last paragraph..."Call APlus to get your companies web site up and running. We offer competitive pricing and are willing to work with you on your sites design." It should be "company's" and "site's." I didn't read all your text, so you might want to give it one more proof-read in case you missed something else. On the Contact page, there is one e-mail address out of line. Best of luck with it!!!
