I've got IE 5.5 and NN 4.08 here and it looks OK to me. Anything out of line for anyone else?

Its not critique material because it's not finished and needs a new splash page

Looking good.

Only problem is loosing the lower part of the nav in low resolutions with large text.... I would say that would be a very small percentage, eh?

It does look nice, but the bottom scroll bar sits on the bottom edge of my browser. Is it supposed to do that? I think it would look better if there was the same "space" as at the top.

OK, I redid that frameset... hit refresh/reload a bunch-o-times and tell me if that's better, Goober?
