Couple of comments:

. i got a javascript error when opening the page.
. i would take out the animation to the webmaster. a simple link that appears on every page would be better.
. if it were me I would narrow the column with your quick links. they're becoming a focal point.
. you've got multiple paragraph justifications on your about page. Either all left or all centered. Don't mix them up.

I'm going to the OTC, so maybe I'll see their booth!

The java error is from the script we used from thecounter.com, I still have to play with that one...

If you get a chance stop by the booth at OTC, Jennifer Keim is my partner in crime in the marketing dept and on the website, she'll be at the booth. You should say hi and tell her where you're from! Its always fun to meet people from around the way.

You have a lot of keywords in your meta tags. Are they all contained in the text of the page? If not, that will be a strike against you.

It would be good to have contact information on each page (not just to the webmaster, but contact with the company).

You might want to read the following article:
http://www.useit.com/alertbox/9612.html I don't think you've gained anything by using frames. Did you remember the no frames content?

I'm also not fond of the bevel effect on pictures and the visible borders on tables, especially on a business site. It would look more professional without.

I didn't see alternate text for the graphic in your top frame. Also, it would probably look better saved as a .gif rather than a .jpg.

I'll have to check on the blinking text, Im not sure where that is on the site... I dont remember using that effect, but that's my brain for ya.

I currently have my default browser colour set to hot pink. You should try it and see how your site looks. You may want to set a body background color to overcome this.

When on the search for contact by State page (http://www.wassercoatings.com/repbystate.htm) the links on the tool bar (literature, news etc. don't appear to work

We noticed the broken links yesterday. What a mess! Did anyone know that by copy & pasting a table row (like the one I used for the nav bar) from one page into the others FP changes the hyperlink structure so that it links to that page on your hard drive instead of your web?

ie what would normally link to index.htm would then link to c:/mywebs/mywebsite/index.htm

Obviously I have discovered this the hard way...

I didn't know anything about that company or product but I do now so that is good for your site.
