1] is it to plain? 2] would you come back? 3] how professional does it look? Hi Tinker, The site on my 1024 resolution is terribly unbalanced. My guess that you have fixed widths rather than letting it float in 100% table format. I didn't take the time to check your code. Would I come back? Doubtful. Your introduction paragraphs should be the hook that entices people in. You should be describing what your business can do for them that they need. Instead, you use two paragraphs to say, click here if you want to know about us, and second, click here to see what services we offer. I should know immediately by visiting the home page just why you exist. After my visit, I don't have any insight into why this page is on the web. Graphically, or imagery wise, I assumed that you were selling cosmetics of some type. That is what it conveys to me. Don't mean to be critical but I believe it needs some work. Surf the net for competitors. What are they doing with their sites that attracts you? What are they doing with their sites that you aren't? That would be a starting point for me, if it were my web. Dave

maybe there is something wrong with my computer tonight, but when I went to your site, the only thing I saw was the logo.. and the name of each page.. as in "home", "payments", etc. are you working in it? In any case, the only comment I can make without viewing the site, is that, so far, you are using the default font... it really is not a good font or size, for that matter.. try for something that is larger, in bold and more outstanding.

You mentioned using a 100% floating table format. How would I go about doing that? Hi Tinker, Here is a link to a web developer who is always generous with his time and expertise. I have learned a great deal from him. This should help you understand the tables concept for laying out the website: http://www.texaswebdevelopers.com/examples/layout.htm Here is his site. He has tons of 'helps.' http://www.texaswebdevelopers.com/ Another way to balance a cite is through CSS. I don't know how to create through the use of CSS so I can't help you there. That is a winter's project when the snow is up to the bottom of the window sills. I enjoy the colors that you have offered in the new look. What graphics program are you using? I don't have one to speak of so it helps when I know what others are using and how they like them. Dave

Tinker, Designing stained glass windows? None of the links worked in IE 6, NN 7 or Opera 7. I don't know what the other folks were writing about:quote:
