Light design - 3/31/2001 20:46:00

Hi,

I've just done a one page trial to show to a client on Monday / Tuesday next week.

It's for an Italian company in Spain and they manufacture light switches, bulbs and stuff.

Would you mind taking a look at the page - I have my doubts about a couple of things - all comments welcome.

I might change the link rollovers to only have the light bulb "light up" (change to yellow) and I'm not about the striped nav background. Wonder how grey or silver would look with the buttons black. The red buttons kinda detract from that spiffy red logo. (in reply to Andy from Spain)

Hey Andy.

I love the layout! It is very sharp. I'm with Millie on having only the lightbulb change color. Also, I believe I'd make it a very light yellow, same as in the header.

I don't "get" the photo. What's that all about? ...a candle behind a lightbulb...trying to look like it's inside? If it's something that needs to stay, can you make it narrower? All that black background makes it feel "heavy." It also detracts from the sharp layout. Can you tell I don't like the pic?
