I've just uploaded this site http://www.hallmarktubulars.com/ for my customer. I would welcome any comments.

I've created this as a liquid design. I'm not convinced these link colors are going to work.

Now I have to figure out how to do these liquid designs while minimizing my table nesting!

Thanks.

I like the color scheme, but it's a bit too dark in non-content areas, such as the bottom of the main page. It goes to black.

If you go to the index page, then to corporate, then to technical (as an example), after they load, go back to each page by clicking your back button. The cells are different in the header and navigation portion from page to page. A bit of a uniformity problem. Graphics of some type would also give it something of Interest. Nothing big, but next to corporate, or the description of who they are would be nice.

I do like your design and layout through. Very thorough.

Thanks for the bgcolor tip on one of my past posts. I was doing it as you were writing it.

I like the colour scheme - works well on the eye, the restriction to four colours is good. And resizes very well from 1024x768 to 800x600.

the only thing i don't like is the e-lingo link & logo - too colourful for the page, and it just doesn't fit in with the scheme ... plus the first thing the links says is: 'An automatic translation is not always exact. For best results, write short sentences. Avoid slang or idioms.' ... which says to me, either ignore the need for the 2nd language or it need a French version of the site!! if it 'needs' to be there - how about just a text link? Or would they let you creat a copy in your colours?

Oh just noticed - I don't like the three colours to the cell containing 'corporate', I'd go for only two

other than that, I think the site looks very professional and very elegantly laid out

oh and (I know it under development) - the wrap around the logo on the technical page is:

'a
division
of'

on my screen
___
cap
