Nice site m8.
I prefer the "Verdana" font though. Maybe you should consider dropping some of those gifs, as they can slow down 56k'ers. Some of the maps looked a bit weird too, with text kind of mixing into eachother. You should really use Alxnet.com's guestbooks. They look great and are easily editable.

your URL: http://www.campinuk.wo.to/

good things - I'm on a 56k modem, it loaded fast enough to keep me there, it fits on an 800x600 screen, and I found a campsite near Snowdon ... does the job well

bad things - (I have my internet settings set to background: pink! as suggested elsewhere) ... this reveals some pink screens on your site, which I think should be set to white (not automatic). You may also wnat a text enter button (for search engines). And I think some of the gimmicky animated gifs take away from the resource you've posted, the tow in the bottom frame especially, they distract me while I'm looking at the map.

? - where are you gettting the maps from? are the royalty free? ... you could link into these guys: http://uk8.multimap.com ?

anyway I've bookmarked it as I camp occasionally (perhaps a link to one of the newssites foot-and-mouth pages for the latest news?)

where does the .wo.to come from?

Hi!

You really need to test your site in Netscape. It looks quite different than in IE.

On your frames pages, the top frame is cut off at "Camp-In-"

I would suggest losing the animated .gifs, especially the ones that cannot be scrolled away. They are annoying and quite distracting.

In Netscape, the pages with the blue area at the top are not coming out well at all. And even in IE, I would recommend going a different route with your check marks. It would be better if you used a graphic instead of a form field.

I see you did get the postcards operational. The pictures are very pretty! I would be tempted if I were you, to use more photos throughout your site.

What version of NN? Unless you've made some changes, it's a mess in NN 4.7.

I have NN4.08 and it is messed up there too.
You only see half of your logo at the top. The other half is cut off on the right.

Since no one's answered the guestbook question (and I don't know, other than to guess at opening the site live and deleting it off that page), you might want to post that in beginners.
