I have a client that has a curbing and Landscaping co.
What would be the best template to use?
FrontPage or Dreamweaver
I can do both
His site needs a photo gallery.

Do all the templates come with css

The question is which development tool do you prefer for this kind of site?

I don't know that there is a clear advantage of one over the other, except your preference... although, DW template would not require FP extensions on the server if that makes a diff.

No, not all templates come with CSS, but they should indicate if they do...

If they don't, it wouldn't be difficult to add your own...
