But if it appears on the page in HTML, you can hyperlink the text with a Mailto command that will make it clickable and then appear in the your Email system. In short try this: <a href="mailto:someone@somewhere.com"> someone@somewhere.com</a> but perhaps you are thinking of something more complex with the guestbook and someone else can answer that?
