Your logo is much too large, both file-size and image-size for lower resolution monitors. Why not go with a small text graphic for the logo, and use another graphic for the cell background?

I am baffled by the way you have the table(s) set up. Copy/paste the code into a page to look at it and the normal view and preview seems scrambled. Try to keep your tables as simple as possible. You could use one table with two rows/one column for the logo and the date bar. Another table with one row/three columns for the rest of the page. Insert tables in the left and right columns if you need to, but don't nest too deep.

Thnks !!!
Yes i knew the logo was way to big, but when u sux at graphics and get free help anything is good

As far as the table layout..I tried to keep it simple...In fact its all thats on the default page. All the rest are includes so i can update them once and changes it on entire
site!

I have however totally redone it, plz look again and see if thats better

Thnks in Advance

Tried again - left after 45 seconds. I don't think you're going to get many people to wait that long.

I think its the "recommend it script" i added.

it opens a new windo and seems to be killin load times.

I will remove it and see if it helps..

Otherwise its always up and I have set IIS to restart itself if anything happens??
