Good to see you back.

Site looks good - couple of things I would change, mainly the main photo, it's a nice one but took an age to appear - could you play around with the optimisation a bit more and get the size down? A personal thing but I would specify a font - the text looks a bit untidy with my default. Finally I'd put the same menu items throughout the site and add text links at the bottom.

This is the best site you've done, by far.

I would recommend using a different font on the buttons as it is kind of hard to read...or maybe it's the background on the buttons. How about making them a solid color, using one of the colors from the page background?

It would also be best to use the same style on all the photos. I suggest not using borders or bevels, but perhaps a little drop shadow, if anything.

The pictures are nice, but, in my opinion, I would make them smaller and add more written content. Content is quite lacking.

I would also lose the horizontal bars. They don't really add anything in most cases. If you feel like you absolutely need them, maybe try a single pixel high line, again, in one of the colors from the background.

The button graphics may work better saved as gifs than jpgs.

The text links seem out of place at the bottom in the left cell -- it's just my opinion, but I'd like to see them across the bottom of the right side cell instead of "back to top".
