No worries. I will admit, the hover buttons are cool, but they are a pain to both the user & the webmaster.

I hate to keep beating a dead horse to death but this hover.class file has got to get back in the game and do it's thing. I know your still there Corey so lets beat this task to it's end.

Looking at all the peeks this has caused i wish someone would join in and help us smack around some ideas! The specific file is the fphoverx.class how do we get this thing to get back in line? As soon as this is found I'm getting rid of that hover.class and going to text link.

(I think)

OK - what page is giving you problems now? Honestly I cannot stress enough to drop these java buttons & go to another way. Check www.netmechanic.com - see how long it takes your site to load.

Exactly my point. They take way too long too load. And when I re-boot my syste, it takes up to about one minute to reload your page.

Did you ever create the folder & make a copy of the fphover.class? That might help if you still want to use them.

As far as the nav links - just delete those java buttons & make them text links.

Corey I really don't think i will be using them as hover but I'm annoyed that his issue has eaten my lunch. As I said before if and when or WE win then I will go on to the text links. I did not make a folder and copied that in but i'm on my way to it now. This hover.class file there are two one with an X and then other without. Do I place both in a file?

If you look @ your source code on: http://servohut.com/HTML/GWS%20buttons.htm it is pointing to: <applet code="fphover.class" codebase="../fphover/" width="650" height="17"> which means one folder up & the one over to fphover. Now if you either change the source code to <applet code="fphover.class" codebase="../"width="650" height="17"> to match the others since it is pointing to one up one your folder in the root, that should work.

Or try re-doing them to correct the path.

corey looking at the source I only find the listed here: I assume i'm in the wrong area.

<applet code="fphover.class" width="70" height="8">
<param name="text" value="GWS SERVOS">
<param name="color" value="#FFFFFF">
<param name="hovercolor" value="#C0C0C0">
<param name="textcolor" value="#000080">
<param name="effect" value="glow">
<param name="url" valuetype="ref" value="HTML/GWS%20buttons.htm">
<param name="font" value="TimesRoman">
<param name="fontstyle" value="regular">
<param name="fontsize" value="10">
</applet>

COREY YOU GOT ITTTTTTTT............. All is working . I re-wrote that to match 650/ and 17" as you mentioned and thats all she wrote. Now about that slow page.......HHHhhhhuuuummm naw just fooling with ya. Thank you very much for still hanging in there .

I had given up yesterday thinking this is not going to be found and woke up this morning with an attitude, thanks to you and your patients it's over. I'll check the site on a phone line to get that rude awakening you speak off and I'll find a quicker mode.

Also got to thinking when you said too much java. The whole thing is hover.class all links and thats over 400 of them there critters.

Hey Guy You The Man!

OOooppps! Corey at 12:am it all looked fine on my computer my 18 hour day ended with a smile. However when I went to my other unit this morning I find that on my computer all works normal on the second unit the links are still not showing up. There is information on my hard drive that is not getting to the server.

It's in those stinky lil hover.class critters again:)
