Hi again.

The yellow is better!

I still think some photos would liven the pages up.

I'm not sure what to tell you about the hit counter. Maybe if you went in live and reset it, it would start functioning. My own personal opinion is that hit counters are not attractive. They are also not accurate.

That picture on the photo page is still a major problem, especially if you plan to add others. It is something like 189K, three times the size an entire page should be. Reduce the dimensions of the original large picture, then compress/optimize.

You're on the right track.

Not understanding the lingo I can't comment much on content but I would have a pretty good guess it's a religious/church site which make the Tripod banner a bit off-putting and reduces the gravitas.

Front Page is interesting with pictures. Although you've set the dimensions of the pic to 76x90 pixels the actual picture is 1301x1549 pixels and a massive 189,659 KB

Reduced to 76x90 in Image Composer it is a mere 2KB

I've found FP counters to be more trouble than they're worth but if you want come useful stats on visitors and where they're coming from go to www.sitemeter.com

Only a tiny logo at the bottom of the page - it's free - and some very useful stats.

Click on the picture in Frontpage, then click on the "resample" tool button - it's a yellow rectangle with arrows in the corners. It'll bring the load time for the photo from 76 seconds on a 28k connection, down to 1 second. When you resize a photo in FP, be sure to resample it.

Instead of the photo album, I'd go with Sandy and use photos throughout the site.
