In need of tips people! - 5/17/2001 15:37:00
Hi again people.
I have, yet again, made a new site and I would like your opinions.http://home.no.net/alfaweb/AnaMorphOsIs/index.shtml I just feel there is something undone over it. The commercial banners doesn't fit in. Any tips on how to intergrate them into the page? I just need tips for general design improvement. None of the links work yet, as I am just in the starting phase of the page, so don't worry too much about them.

Hi,First impression was good but a couple of things. I think there's too much space at the top before your main text body - I'd squash it up a bit. I think using a @ in a name is really over-used - and I can't see the point of the one to the left. I'm not over keen on the bevel effect on the title and I think the font size is one size too small - I'm getting old. Finally I'd make the white table extend right accross the page - looks a bit untidy on a resolution of 1024. Should be smart - best of luck with it. Cheers

I'm afraid you're having the same problem in Netscape 4.7 that you did with your last site. A background is tiling or out of place or something.Sandy ------------------

Thanks for your tips guys. These forums seems to hate me though. I just wrote a long reply, but the password was supposedly incorrect, so my entire message got deleted.Anyways, I do like all your tips Andy, I will try to do something about it. The white table seems to be impossible to expand without dragging the text all over the screen though. I really want the text in the body to be compressed the way it is now. That Netscape problem is really weird. Any ideas why it may occur?
