New site to critique.... - 5/18/2001 20:12:00
Please take a look at my new web design site. I am especially interested in suggestions on my meta tags. Thanks for your input!! www.netmonkeywebdesign.com

Nice site, but i don't like the text colour that you have used, too much of an eye strain.
Some of your text is out of line too.

Actually I did like the text colours :-)

You seem to have used an awful lot of nonbreaking spaces throughout the site - makes it very hard to read.

Meta tags - well it's a bit of a black art - a thing i've found handy though is to remember that many people (me especially *g*) mis-type like mad. For example I invariably type "computer" as "copmuter" - embarassing if you're a computer trainer.

Just a thought :-)

Hope this helps :-)

Hi Cooly

I like the text color too, but you should get the text away from the purple side bars a little. You can do that by adding a column between the text and the bar and add a transparent gif to hold the column open.

You need to fix the alignment on your pricing page by using columns instead of the spaces.
There are a couple of missing images on the portfolio page.

I'd also take the underlining out since most people will expect a link when they see this.

The contact us page isn't consistant with the other pages. The left bar is very narrow. I'm looking at the site in NN 4.76.

Overall, it's a nice looking site, you just need to tweek it a bit.

Good Luck!

I liked the design of your site, but I have one tiny suggestion. Consider removing the counter from your site. You're trying to run the business and gain customers and I'd think a low hit count may reflect negatively on your business. I think quite a few folks would agree that counters are best left to personal sites. Just my $.02 ;-)
