With regards to my below post.

Is ther a feature within front page or any adons that you can use that you can make one click of the mouse and your weork will be converted into a external CSS aplication. I.E click somthing and it serches your open page and automaticaly creates you an external CSS to use with that page

FP will not create an external style sheet for you. FP will link to an already made external style sheet.

FP will create inline style sheets for you but this information cannot be pulled out into an external.

Are you just wanting to see an example of an external CSS style sheet?

Well as far as making them - I usually just do copy & paste & then change the colors as needed as well as the font & size. Once you know the colors etc & you have a good CSS style sheet that you are comfortable with, it takes maybe ten minutes to re-create them
