Two home [pages? - 10/10/2003 11:44:45
http:www.servohut.com when I initially call up the page the construction notice is on, which is the current (correct) if I navigate to any other page and come back to home page an older version of the home page comes up (not correct) I can't find what is causing this older version of my home page to be there for a recall! And if found ...what do I eliminate?

Hi yasmin, I see what you mean. First look through your folder list for multiple index or default files. If that doesn't work, try opening your site live. Then look around for multiple index file and maybe eve a default file. Open the pages to verify the one you want to keep. However you find it, make sure you don't delete the wrong one by mistake. If you delete it live, it might be a good idea to then publish down to file to eliminate it from the local web. If you delete it locally, then publish up. Also, empty your browser cache before checking.

I have never used this but have run across it. Not in front of a workstation that has it loaded but I believe on the left hand side click on the navigation icon and go from there (Memory here and it is Friday so...). Brian

I find only one index. There was one index.htm which is not there now! The ability to log in then see the expected page followed by navigating out of it allows me one more view of the expected home page. A second attempt at nav. then back brings me back to basics.

Check your link reference in your top border. Right now it points to ../HTML/index.htm. I am assuming it is pointing there because all the other pages are pointing to a folder under HTML. Or copy your main index.htm from your root to the HTML folder.

Corey your right all pages are in the html folder. I've made a copy of the index from the root page and copied it to the Html folder and nothing changed.
