I would suggest you get rid of the hover buttons (I am on ie and they aren't working correctly) and make your text the same width as your header. Get rid of the underlines on text that is not clickable.

Where do agents sign up?? Or isn't that an option?

I agree with Shirley, I'd dump the hover buttons for sure. They're prone to breakage. How about making simple gifs or something to replace those buttons? Even textual links would look good, perhaps with a mouse rollover effect.

Hi Art.

Ditto on the hover buttons.

I would suggest seeing if you could find better copies of the logos for the home page. They seem blurry to me.

Also, I noticed inappropriate alternate text for some of your graphics. Alternate text should be a description of the graphic, most especially on a business site!

On the Gift Awards page, "awards" is smaller than "Gift."

I like your logo.

Good luck with it.
