Overall, the sites look really nice. As Gil suggested, though, frames can have problems. Here's an article you can look at to see if you have covered the bases: http://www.useit.com/alertbox/9612.html

Another thing I would have done differently is the navigation. Java applets are slow to load, search engines can't read them, they have no alternate text, etc. You could have easily achieved the same look with JavaScript.

At the bottom of the NDA site, there is a graphic done with an italics font. It needs to be anti-aliased so it doesn't look so jagged.

The graphics at the top of the CE site are saved as .jpgs and should be saved as .gifs.

It would be best if you could have three separate sites. Navigating between the three sections is a bit of a problem.
