I am ready for a critique fo the site. The site is www.fortgarrisonpta.org Let me know if it is easy to navigate, etc. Thanks for the comments

Hello,
I would center the image of the building. Not real obvious at 800x600 but higher res is way off to the right.

Yes, its easy to navigate.

Hi!

I would recommend adding some textual content to the home page and designing a graphic title or logo to dress up the site.

Purely my personal opinion, but I think the site would look classier with a solid background.

As far as navigation, some of your inside pages are lacking the main level navigation. I would include it on all pages.

Under the PTA links, I was surprised at what I saw under the History link. It had nothing to do with the PTA or school? Perhaps it would be best under a different heading?

Some of your graphics are showing up on white squares. If you would make them transparent in your graphics program, that white area would disappear.

Best wishes,

Sandy

Definitely the background detracts and makes it harder to read at that font size.

I use this freeby background creator all the time and have jsut recommended it in another posting:

Internet site 1: http://www.blueprintsoftware.com.au

Internet site 2:

Maybe a back ground that looks a little like a kid's lined copybook?

Navigation works nicely.

That's it

Thanks for the posts. I like the idea of the kids background, but have no idea how to find it. I thought the clouds would be fun for the kids. As far as the white boxes around the graphic, I am not sure how to fix that. I will look into the picture properties and fool around with them. Thanks for the ideas.
