I have a newly designed site and used flash. It is really slow when loading the "feather intro". I could sure use some advice. It is so slow I made the intro an option on the bottom border of the home page. After I fix this I would like the feather intro to be my introduction.

Didnt look at the whole site but the inner pages look good. Clean and simple.

I would either compress the graphic on the splash page or slice it up. The file is a little large.

All in all, looks great.

Hi.

I think I would forget the Flash. You really don't want uninvited music on a professional site anyway. I waited four minutes and the feather never did make it all the way to the bottom of the page.

If it was my site I'd go directly into the site, no splash page. I don't feel like it matches the rest of the site and just adds another click. The About Us page would be a good Home page.

I like the layout and colors of the inside pages.

Apparently there are some states that do not have referrals? At first I thought your menu wasn't working because there was no change in pages.

Don't forget alternate text on your graphics.

I would suggest getting rid of the intro page and having the "blue feather story" be your home. I wouldn't have gone beyond the intro if I'd come across this while browsing, but the story page would have captured my interest and pulled me into the site. It's something unique and the page is clean and well laid out.
