The menu's would look better if they didn't resize when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, a good design. Good luck with it. One thing that I would change if I were you is how the links at the bottom and top nav bar behave. The colour change is good, I would leave it at that If I were you. At present when you mouse over the links the font changes to italics also - the problem with this is that it means that they shift slightly. There are two disadvantages to this: 1. It is visually disconcerting. 2. Much more importantly from your point of view it can make navigation somewhat more difficult for those with motor disabilities using either specialised pointing devices, or indeed the normal kind.
